Returns & Refunds
At Betty's Barn Interiors we want you to be delighted with your purchase, however we understand that you may wish to return items.
If you would like to make a return, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your item(s). Goods must then be returned to us within 28 days of receiving your delivery, undamaged and in their original packaging with the returns slip completed for a full refund (excluding original delivery fees). If you did not receive a returns form with your order, please download one below and include this in the parcel with your returned item(s).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We do not offer a free returns service. To return an item, please arrange a return with your local post office or courier of your choice.
The cost incurred by you when returning items is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are unable to refund you for your postage costs.
You must check all items upon receipt of delivery. If there are any breakages, defects or discrepancies you must notify us within 24 hours. We are unable to replace or refund any items if we are not notified within this time.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Items not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.
You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
We do not accept exchanges.
If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction. Please see further information regarding faulty or damaged items below.
If your item is too big or heavy to return to the post office please email us at hello@bettysbarninteriors. Please let us know what item you would like to return and your original order number. There will be a collection fee which will be calculated for you before collection. The collection fee will be deducted from your refund or credit note. The collection service is for UK mainland customers only.
Refunds are carried out within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods. If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.
A credit note will be issued if the request to return is made after 14 days from receipt of delivery (valid for one year).
All returns must be received by Betty's Barn Interiors within 28 days from receipt of delivery to qualify for a refund. Credit notes will not be issued after 90 days from receipt of delivery.
If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).
We cannot accept returns of washed and/or used textiles. These include (but are not limited to) cushions, towels, rugs, runners, candles and doormats.
Returned items that are found to be used, damaged, marked or scratched will not be refunded and will be returned to you. This also applies if an item has not been packaged properly and has been damaged in transit back to us.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Please include a photograph of the damaged/faulty item. We will then be able to discuss a replacement, repair or a refund with you.
Please DO NOT return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. We are unable to refund any postage costs incurred if you return damaged items without contacting us.
Please note you if we have partially refunded you for a damaged item this voids your returns policy.
OTHER IMPORTANT RETURNS INFORMATION
You will need to cover any import duties that may arise when returning items from another country.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
All orders (including overseas orders) will be refunded in Sterling. Refunds may take up to 5 days to clear in your account. Betty's Barn Interiors cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result.
Our products are only intended for domestic use. Any products used in a commercial environment will void our returns policy.
